We’ve gathered together the answers to our most frequently asked questions. We hope we have it all covered but please don’t hesitate to ask if we’ve not answered your question.

  • Our 12 month membership opens again on April 1st. Make sure you’re ready to sign up when we go live – this is a once a year opportunity. Membership will close its doors on April 30th and won’t be available again until spring 2026.
  • Twelve payments will be taken automatically using the account details you provide. You make an initial payment of £120 followed by 10 monthly payments starting in May and ending in February 2026.
  • On receipt of your initial payment you will receive your first lesson – please refer to ‘Your 12 month plan’.
  • If you default on your subscription payment you will not receive the months lesson until payment is received however all the lessons you have paid for are yours to keep.
  • Each lesson is yours to keep FOREVER. Over the period of 12 months you will receive the entire career change course. You are able to watch each lesson as many times as you want to.
  • Ideally you’ll complete each lesson within the month you receive it, we know you’ll be excited and eager for the next lesson! We also know that life sometimes gets in the way and if that happens don’t worry because the lesson will be waiting for you when you’re ready.
  • You will need to supply your own kit and vessels to complete the lessons. You don’t need to purchase the exact same vessels, if you have something similar already that’s ok, let’s reduce cost and waste wherever we can. We supply a resource list with suggested companies that you might purchase from. We are conscious to keep any additional costs to a minimum. We have included a ‘kit chat’ video in your first month allowing you to see in advance what tool kit you need to complete the course.
  • You will need to supply your own flowers and foliage to complete each lesson. If you grow flowers or have access to a garden that’s great if not we advise how and suggest where you might purchase your flowers including wholesalers and flower farms. This course was filmed during spring here in the UK and it may be that you are in a different season and unable to buy the same flowers. This doesn’t matter, it’s the techniques that are important. You can use alternative flowers to the ones used in the recorded lessons.
  • We provide a written step by step guide for each video lesson complete with images. You may wish to download this as a shopping guide too.
  • Included in the course are business modules and they are vital. These modules are spread over 12 months allowing time to complete each one.  You’ll see everything from writing your business values and marketing to costing and business planning. These modules are in note form and we recommend studying business alongside practical lessons although as with the video lessons they are yours to keep and refer to as and when required.
  • You have the opportunity to join our private student Facebook forum were you’ll meet lots of like minded folk as well as giving you a place to share your work – if you want to, it’s not compulsory!
  • You can choose to join our monthly zoom Q&A socials to chat to the team as well as your fellow students. If you’re unable to join in real time don’t worry because these sessions as recorded and shared on the community forum, or via email if you choose not to join the forum.
  • On completion of the course you have access to a digital badge that, if you’d like to, you can display on your website and socials – show the world that you’re a Tallulah!

Ness Jones.  “The great thing about this course, you can pick it up whenever you like! I am absolutely loving it. I am going to watch the whole thing before even picking up a flower, then I will start to practice each of the techniques. I don’t know where this is leading, but I think it is to something good! Thank you for the high quality lessons and attention to detail. Your wonderful personality shines through in the videos as does the beauty of the flowers you work with. Thank you again for making 2025 a year of possibility!”

Lisa Kidd, Nettie of the Gorge  “When I say this was the best investment I ever did & will ever do for myself is no understatement. I lost my long term employment literally overnight due to COVID the beginning of August 2020, I did not hesitate to sign up to Tallulah’s first online career change course in September 2020 to start trading in October 2020. Fast forward I have my own floral studio on the high street & made the most fulfilling & rewarding living for myself. This course enabled me to study & practice at my own pace & choosing, in what particular order the modules would suit me in real time. The videos are inspiring & informative with Rachel always encouraging you with the freedom to ‘find yourself’ your style & your dream.”

Sanna Hodell  “The instruction videos in the online course made me confident enough to say yes to all kinds of arrangements, big or small, in the beginning of my flower journey. I’m just very happy it was possible to learn so much during a pandemic, when it was impossible to meet up IRL. Big thanks to Rachel and her community.”

Robin Marlin  “I bought the Tallulah Rose Sustainable Sympathy Flowers on-line course. Having read all the information and tried out one of the projects I found it to be really useful. I particularly like the helpful resource list and the free Zoom tutorial beforehand. It has made me think about how I can make other flower mechanics so that they are more sustainable. The on-line course itself was clear and contained loads of information on how to make the different designs. Very reasonably priced and some great ideas.”

“Thank you Rachel.”
