New for 2024 our 3 Day Wedding Course offers both practical and business skills. From bouquets and bowls to table scapes and installations this course is not for the fainthearted you’ll be making every day!
Our aim is to teach you as much as we can using only sustainable floristry methods. Come ready to learn and you’ll take away a new improved you!
Set in the beauty of Levens Hall you’ll be working both inside our creative school room as well as in the world famous topiary gardens too and the beautiful stone archway.
Over the course of 3 days you’ll work both individually and in teams. With the emphasis on sustainability we’ll work together to create stunning wedding scenes that will include ceremony flowers, wedding breakfast flowers and installations too. Everyone will make a bridal bouquet finished with beautiful silk ribbons from Northern Hands as well as individual bowl arrangements hand made by Rebecca Callis Porcelain.
Your work will be shot by a professional photographer throughout the course and on our final day we’ll be joined by a model offering you a beautiful portfolio of images to begin or build you business.
Our wedding course is a must for you if you want to learn sustainable wedding and event floristry techniques. The course will give you the confidence and skill set, not to mention the portfolio images, to take your floristry to the next level.
We’ll turn our attention to the business of weddings too. Quoting, costing, marketing, managing photo shoots and taking your business to the next financial level.
You may have been in the industry for many years and know every technical trick in the book but you’re feeling uninspired or ‘behind the times’ in terms of floristry fashion. This course will help to re-inspire you and bring you up to date with today’s Instagram client.
